Deck Pizza

As Deck Pizza was preparing to make its grand reopening in South Tampa, Greater Public Studio was tapped to create an updated visual identity for the once popular pizza joint. A favorite spot for sports-lovers, Deck Pizza was often frequented after games by local baseball teams, in particular. Using baseball as a launch point, we created an all-American aesthetic with subtle 90’s vibes (a nod to Deck Pizza’s roots). The visual identity package included environmental graphics with a series of sports related catchphrases and a pizza slice logo mark that doubles as home plate. We were able to create a modern look with a retro feel capped with a classic color palette.
