Ten Rooms Ybor

Ten Rooms Ybor is a multi-experience hospitality concept located in the historic 1892 Centro Español building in Ybor City. It is comprised of four unique spaces: Bar Martinez, an upscale fine dining restaurant; Genevieve the Cat, a craft cocktail bar; The Café at Ten Rooms, a relaxed coffee shop and bakery; and the Shop, a boutique space featuring art and goods from local artists.

Curating a Unique Space

We decided to blend a modern approach with the historic identity of the 1892 Centro Español building for the Café, primarily focusing on the use of tilework-inspired graphics, art, and custom installations. The centerpiece of this motif is a large, pixelated floral installation above the menu area in the Café, the design of which is also featured on custom packaging.

A Balanced Collection

The Shop at Ten Rooms Ybor features a space for art and goods created by local artisans that will periodically rotate. To help define the identity of the space, we provided and installed custom art as well as art from our studio’s collection.

Combining the Past and the Present
